About the Operator
JustPetly.com is a service operated under the registered Trade Name M.V. RENTIVO TECHNOLOGIES (Reg. No. 676803, Record No. 41502449), registered under Cap. 116 of the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with registered address at Tillirias 10, Block A, 4th Floor, Office 43, Germasogeia 4045, Limassol, Cyprus (the ‘Operator’, ‘we’, ‘us’). By using this website, you agree to enter into a contract with the Operator. All enquiries: contact@justpetly.com.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Justpetly (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Bookings
All bookings are agreements between the pet owner and the hotel partner. Justpetly facilitates the booking and payment but is not a party to the boarding contract.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Justpetly does not store full card details. Refund and cancellation policies are set by each hotel and shown prior to booking.
4. Hotel partners
Hotel partners are independent businesses. Justpetly verifies basic information but does not warrant the quality of any specific stay.
5. Reviews
Only owners with confirmed bookings can leave reviews. We may remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
6. Limitation of liability
Justpetly is not liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages arising from a hotel stay. Owners should always confirm vaccination, insurance and medical needs with the host.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
