Brought here several stray cats. Clinic was very helpful, gave me a transport cage as I don't have one, and they explained how to admin medication to other cats that cannot be caught. I am not a pet owner just found few cats in trouble near the place where I live.

Our boarding facilities are well ventilated with additional air conditioning and you can be sure your pet is kept cool and comfortable during the hot summers in Cyprus.During the colder winter months, the hotel is heated and insulated, to keep your pet warm! We have 8 suites and space for up to 16 cats and 7 suites for small to medium dogs. Individual menus are served twice a day.Relax and enjoy your vacation knowing your pet is in good hands!!! The pets are under vets supervision during working hours.

Poor communication and lack of info! VERY disappointing experience. I requested to cancel my cat’s stay one month in advance, which is plenty of time for the space to be rebooked and normally would mean a fair refund process for the 100 euros paid for the deposit... Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. At first, I was told that €50 would be kept as a cancellation fee and the remaining €50 would stay as credit for future use. After complaining that the cancellation policy was not clarified to me in advance and that such info was not publicly available, this later changed, and I was then informed that only €50 would be refunded, and the other €50 is considered a cancellation fee (Fair enough if this was informed to your client in advance) I was also told that I had been informed of their policy over the phone, but we never had any phone calls — all communication was through messages only. What I found most frustrating was being told that it was written in some of their posts and that it was "MY OBLIGATION" to read through all their social media posts to find their refund policy! when there is no clearly published or easily accessible policy available. Important information like this should be clearly explained to clients before asking for payment. This isn’t really about the money, it’s about principle, transparency, and respectful communication. Situations like this make customers lose trust, and businesses lose clients as a result. Sadly, because of how this was handled, I will not be returning and would advise others to make sure all policies are clearly provided in writing before paying any deposit!
I left my cat in this nice pet hotel. Every day I got pictures about his life. When I took cat home, his behaviour was quiet, he wasn’t nervous about his journey. Highly recommended.
